Owners' responsibilities

-Owner/Agent must see that the property is regularly tended to and kept to a satisfactory standard be it by themselves or through a management company - this includes pool, grounds, internal and external parts of the property.
-You can offer a high quality property that is regularly maintained. The villa pool and surroundings have a high health and safety standard.  You offer free bath, hand and pool towels.  You offer free internet.
-The gardens, pool and terraces of your villa must be maintained at least 3 times per week, there’s is a daily maid service for light cleaning, and towels and bed linen are changed mid week.

-A 24 hr available contact will be given to Bitez Tourism/Bitez Villa so that in the case of emergency i.e. water or electric supply failure, the management company can be contacted by the customer.

-Appliances and utilities must be checked regularly to be in full working order with no faults. If faults are found, per the Terms and Conditions, you will be given 24 hours to rectify the issue from the time of the report.

-It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the cleaning and maintenance of a property meet the minimum standard for each changeover. As a minimum requirement, the property must be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for every new arrival.
