Conditions for cancellation
For Bodrum Region;
- In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation date, the deposit paid will not be refunded. The remaining amount isnot claimed.
- In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation date, the remaining payment of the reservation must also be made.
For the Mediterranean Region;
- In case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the reservation date, the deposit paid will not be refunded. The remaining amount isnot claimed.
- If you do not pay 30 days before the reservation date, the reservation will be canceled automatically and the payment will not be refunded. The remaining amount of the reservation will not be charged.
In the event of a funeral, death, illness, accident or cancellation of leave of public or private company personnel, etc., the cancellation of the reservation is also in question; please contact us for further direction.
Those who are infected with the Covid-19 virus have to inform Bitez Tourism/Bitez Villa 30 days before the reservation date. Hospital reports documenting whether you have contracted the Covid-19 virus should be submitted to our reservations.
In the event that the villa reservation is cancelled by Bitez Tourism/Bitez Villa, you will be notified as soon as we are able to do so. If there is another villa available in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer is not approved and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.
If the customer does not make the remaining payment within the time limit, Bitez Tourism/Bitez Villa reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question and to accept other reservations for the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Refund up to 90 days before check-in, excluding prepayment
“Strict” cancellation policy means refund including Bitez Villa service fee, excluding prepayment, provided that it is not less than 90 days before the accommodation check-in date after the reservation is made.
